£20 an hour for regular cleans, weekly, twice a week or fortnightly. A one-off is £25 an hour, or £20 booked from My Hous if you already have regular cleans with Hous. How many hours depends on your home, and you see the price before you book. You pay after each clean, never in advance.

Every cleaner has professional cleaning experience: paid cleaning work, for customers or a company. They're interviewed, with two references, a right to work check, and ID and proof of address checked.

Yes. Your cleaner uses your own products, kept in your home, so nothing arrives that you wouldn't have chosen. You tell them which ones and where they live, and can note anything to avoid.

After each clean is done, never in advance. Your card is saved when you book, and charged once your cleaner marks the clean complete.
