How tips work at Hous

Every penny of a tip goes to your cleaner. Hous takes no commission and pays the card fee itself.

Your cleaner is paid the tip with their weekly payout, and it shows on their statement as a tip.

You can add a tip in My Hous after a clean you rated Great or Fine, for up to 7 days after it, from £1 up to the price of that clean. For a larger tip, call us.
